COVID-19 NOTICE

The HIMA online store is continuing its normal operation since the start of coronavirus pandemic.

The shipping times have largely remained without any issue, although the fulfillment can be delayed one or two days, as our physical store is currently closed.

We do everything to keep the environment clean and hygienic when preparing all the packages, so you don't need to worry about that.

The shipping rates are calculated automatically at check-out, in accordance with the table below.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over 80€ in the European Union. If your order is below 80€, there is a flat shipping rate of 5€ for European countries* and a flat 15€ shipping rate for other international deliveries (outside of Europe).

We partner with TNT Express for most of the deliveries and with CTT (Portuguese National Post Service) on some occasions. Some international deliveries, as it's the case for the USA, are sent with FedEx International Priority.

Note: If your address is within the European Union, you don't have to worry about paying any extra custom fees or import duties, we've got that covered ;). If your address is outside the EU, you should consult your own country's customs policy, as each case is different.

 

SHIPPING TIMES

The orders are usually fulfilled with 2 working days. As soon as your order is fulfilled you will get a tracking code to track your order.

RETURNS

The HIMA web store is compliant with all the legal regulations for ecommerce within the European Union. 

Under the directive on consumer rights, you have 14 calendar days to exercise your right to withdraw from the contract, if you are not satisfied with the product. You will have to return the product to our warehouse and will then be fully reimbursed for your purchase.

We offer a great happiness policy, that last for 14 days. If there's anything wrong with your item or you just want to change it, contact us at support@hima-originals.com.

 

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

The original shipping costs from your order are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
